I have a 2018 THOR Siesta 24SS. I have contacted THOR directly twice for warranty parts which they promptly sent out to me directly. They have been very good at listening to my requests for the warranty parts (minor issues) and sending them out quickly. If it was a major issue, I would take it back to my dealer. The dealer fixed a sewage issue and a few minor issues after I made an appointment and left it with them for 3 weeks.
