When the unit we purchased came with Schwintek slides, I contacted the manufacturer and they had a video which included how to lube the slide as well as what to lube the slide with. My suggestion would be to contact the manufacturer of your particular slide unit and see what they have to offer. Going from an electric slide to a Schwintek slide, the process is radically different.
