Was just coming in to take down my post as I sold it - so sorry I didn't see your question earlier.
I had a local auto shop weld a manual winch and brackets on the underside and then they put a small 1" hole in the bumper and provided me a long crank to raise/lower. It worked really well. I did end up having to use it the first time out - so thank goodness I was prepared!
