We went with a 2018 because it had the larger kitchen window than the 2017 and did not have the induction cook top (I'm a gas fan (let the jokes begin)) that the 2019 has. I also was leary of the new electronic control panel on 2019s. I figured it would take a few years to gets bugs worked out. I loved the way E450 drove from the lot compared to our E350 Winnebago class C. If none of that is important to you, get the lowest mileage per dollar that you can find.
