Buzz,

I looked at the specs for the Hurricane 31S and see that it does not have a residential refrigerator but it does have the outdoor kitchen.

Like the outdoor kitchen in my Challenger, your Hurricane should have a second set of low point drains in the drawer below the sink in the outdoor kitchen. Have the dealer show you those drains as well.

As a note, unless Thor has changed models again, the outdoor kitchen refrigerator controls and plug must be accessed from either a drawer or access panel inside the coach. Have the dealer show you where this access panel or drawer are located. You may want to unplug, or turn off, that refrigerator during the winterization process.
