We have owned several RV's over the years with no extended warranty until this one. As I have gotten older the items I am still able to wrestle with when it comes to repairs has shrunk so adding the extended warranty is piece of mind, more so for my wife than I.
As our coach was used it had no factory warranty. The extended warranty, so far, has replaced my electric step and my awning power arm for $200 in deductibles.
Read the fine print on what it will or won't cover they all have different grades of coverage.
Finally if an extended warranty is in the cards for you, play hard to get and watch the sales goober come back from "checking" what he can do for you with better numbers.
