Grommets for basement wall penetrations

I have a 2020 Thor Hurricane 29M. There are several places where electric wires and water lines go through the thin plastic walls in the "Rotocast" basement compartments. Thor has taken the cheap route and just sprayed a large amount of the expanding foam sealer around these penetrations. While this does seal them initially, it doesn't take much flexing to break them loose and open up holes where water or rodents could come into the compartment. I would like to install some kind of split grommet to seal them up better, has anyone done this and can suggest a specific product or supplier? They would probably need to be in multiple ID and OD sizes. Or perhaps someone has a better idea than grommets.
Thanks,
-Ken
