Inside tank sensors always get coated and do not function long. I had to really clean out a poop tank that would not drain. Oh boy not one drop! Added a liquid quart of home septic tank enzyme treatment. Kept it in for three days and drove it fifty miles. Pulled that handle and bam! That tank emptied without any problem. The sensors worked for several weeks as well.
