Shore and genny both use the converter to charge the batteries. The engine relies on the BCC to bring the house batteries into the circuit with the chassis for charging from the alternator. For genny to work, and shore/engine not to, the Use/Store switch position jumps out. If only engine didn’t work, then I would look at the BCC...

Thank you for the reply. The use/store switch is on and both red and green lights are on.
When plugged in to shore the converter is running but not charging the batteries the house lights will work and when driving the chassis will not charge the batteries
When I run the genny the batteries will charge fine. If I’m running the genny and start the MH the batteries will stop charging even with the genny still running.
Still lost hahahha
