VISABLE says they have 5mbps but I just checked and I am getting 21.46 mbps down and 18 mbps upload. They are owned by Verizon and use the Verizon network. This last November we were miles from nowhere in the Lucerne Valley California and with my weboost and Visable I had no problem streaming Amazon Prime.
