When she was almost stopped she flipped onto her legs and hauled but back to the piglets, apparently not seriously harmed. I got home and checked my van and no damage there as well.

You might very well have killed her: I've seen all sorts of wild animals run off after being struck. They usually die within 50 yards of the road...
Often: it's the shock of the encounter, that kills them.
