On a long trip especially in summer the tires will gain 5 psi due to the temperatures.
My front tire gain 17 psi (80-97 psi) on a 100 degree day (77 degrees cold to 100 F hot) @ 60 mph. Rear inside will gain 23 psi (85-108 psi) and the rear outside will gain 19 psi (85-104 psi). That is based on 4 years with a 18,000 lb chassis with 245/70-19.5 tires. The tires in sun will heat the tires slightly about 2 psi difference (sunny side vs shady side). 82 psi on the door sticker.
