My fresh water tank shifted and broke the PVC low point drain pipe. The pipe is easy enough to fix but the junction where the low point drain PVC pipe enters the fresh water tank is also leaking and I suspect I'll need to disassemble to repair.

Does anyone know how the 1 inch PVC pipe adapter (in the background of the photo) is connected to the fresh water poly tank. Is that adapter threaded in or just glued in?

Where might I find the adapter that connects the 1 inch pipe to the fresh water tank? Will it need adhesive/glue - what type of adhesive to use?
