I would say try a kill a watt in line. turn off the pedestal power and plug in the kill a watt then plug in the RV. Turn on the pedestal power and see how much draw you have on the meter. Turn of the breakers one by one until the meter reads about zero, that will be the load you are getting. It will be easier to track down from that point
