I had the same experience, but my research also showed that some were much higher in price, with a variation of $15,000-20,000. It did make me wonder if the higher prices were for real or only wishful thinking on the part of the sellers.
There were also not a lot available on RVTrader. When I looked for 24.1s I only found about 6 or 7 available.
