Outside TV volume control/remote not working
Hi all! New owner here. Looking for some help with my insignia TV outside of the coach. 2019 Aria 3901.
- I can turn on the TV manually and get sound and picture.
- Remote will not connect to TV to change volume or bring up menu. I've tried new batteries, new insignia remote and new universal remote. Still not working.
- The IR receiver that connects to the box in the coach lights up when I hit remote buttons but I'm not sure it is connected properly on the other end (inside the coach).
-I think it has something to do with the I/r receiver but I'm not sure how to test that.
Any ideas? Thanks!
