Yeah What about Bob!!!!!
Does anyone actually believe this story? I mean is it even possible to be true? Okay so the plumbing fittings may come loose, but for all of the gray tanks mounts to break free? I would think it is impossible for the Gray tank to be overweight unless OP is washing dishes or hands with gold in the water
By OP's own words...between Dayton Ohio and Indiana Border the Grey water tank broke and fell on Highway. It could not be retrieved.
What is best way to replace and get repaired ASAP?
Had trip planned in 5 days.
He was already traveling, so what is the likelihood of another trip in 5 days? Even if he did; why worry about then (the next trip) when he / she has a problem now
Then he finishes with the question on the best way to replace and repair? He didn't ask where to go to buy a tank, in fact; he didn't even say where he was. How could anyone have given him best way to replace & repair? I assume if was going to repair himself, he would know the only way to put it in assuming it could have mechanically dropped out on it's own anyway? If it came out on it's own, it should be easy to see how to put it back in even for the novice. But give the OP the benefit of the doubt of all the above, if within his 1st post it had included something similar to the below, I might actually believe this story.
I called Thor, they said the tank was out of warranty and that their install price for a new tank is $2,500, I would like to know if I can repair this myself and if so, anybody know where I can get parts?
The answer is yes,
call Thor Motor Coach. On a 2019; they may fix this for you under warranty.
