I have had exceptional results after getting to the right people
The blind tech that installed the 55 inch TV got the cord wrapped in the Televator. I wanted them to send me a cord, which I would have just went and bought but I needed a bath window so getting two things at one time. No way would they send the cord but instead sent the TV complete and the Window.
Several other examples such as one of the stair motors and so on.
Can't complain at all and have had RV's since the 60's and nothhing has changed except the perception perhaps.
