I absolutely love my unit. I live in it full time during the week and wouldn't want to have it any other way. The floor plan meets my needs and when my 3 kids and wife show up, or we go camping, it provides all the space that we need. In regards to pricing I can only recommend that you call every RV dealer in your region and when you find the lowest price go to your local RV dealers and have him beat or match the price. It took me 3 months to find the best deal. Than again I was definitely not in a hurry. Depending on what type of 5th wheel you have/had (living room slides) you will find that the ACE will be more restricting (less space). Definitely go and shop around and take your time when viewing the floor plan to ensure it meets your needs.
In regards to handling I must say that it is easy to drive. If you want more specifics I'll be happy to share my experience.
