I have a 2016 29.3. Most of my whistle was coming from the Grill. It has a honey comb pattern and would whistle at high speeds. I put a screen door grill (meant to protect the screen from dogs etc.) Over the grill and whistle is completely gone. While doing this I also noticed that there is a huge opening in the A-Pillers leading directly into the engine compartment. Wind and road noise was "blowing" directly into the RV. I used some spray foam to seal the A-Pillars and that helped a ton.
