Our 2016 Axis is also outside in the SoCal sun. The top of the front cap has no finish left. I happened to buy the finish warranty from PermaPlate so it is at a local RV paint shop getting that portion painted. The technician at the facility told me that the beige color on the Axis/Vegas just will not stand up to the beating of the sun. I am not in a position to have any kind of garage cover built so I just have to live with it.
