No... I would expect at least 2 'recepticle circuits' even on a 30a rig... Been the case in my 30 and 50 amp rigs.

The bathroom, kitchen, and outside outlets will be on GFCI circuit... But others including microwave (should be on its own circuit), bedroom, dining/couch area and front of coach should be separate...

One 15a circuit is not enough for normal usage.
