After towing with a Hensley Trailer Saver I wouldn't use any other hitch. It removes all the bounce from the trailer to the truck. I am always amused to watch the pressure gage on our dash bounce up and down and the fact we can't feel it in the truck. I know it is a lot of money, but I feel it is well worth the cost.
I believe they also make an adapter that allows you to use the Ford 4 puck system.
