Just look at them side by side, I would trust the 20K non puck B&W over Curt or Reese higher rated hitches ANY day. If it matters the Curt is Made in China and the Reese is also or Made in Mexico.
B&W rates their products to the lowest denominator, they are vERY conservative. Remember the Craftsman vacs that "develop" 6hp???
