I'll second the satisfaction with the puck mounted 25K Reese Elite (pictured above). I only wanted a puck frame mount. It's very easy to remove / lube the head assy. neither part is so heavy that an old man can't lift it. In 20K Mi. no squeaks, rattles or noise. Doubt it will wear out in my limited lifetime.
B&W is indeed a fine product for the Ram. If they want to sell products for American trucks, offer them for all of them.
If your budget / capacity will allow, go TS3. They seem to be well liked.
Factory 2" riser is the way to go regardless of whether you think you need it or not. The newer trucks are just to tall. I'd bet it's nominal cost would carry to the bottom line on resale.
