I experienced the same issue, I called CW to make an appointment for my First oil change on my new MH that was purchased from CW and was told it would take 3 weeks to get me in. I felt that was not reasonable and did not even get I’m sorry from the service department . I called a local new car dealer who scheduled me in the next day and was appreciative for my business.
The problem with the service department at CW is they let the people at the local level schedule the work flow, and quite honestly if they don’t feel like working they just blow the customer off.
If Marcus really wanted to fix the , he would create a National Business Development Center that would schedule all of the service work and not let it be dictated by the local stores. Just my $.02.
