Try a shop that does vehicle wraps, they may possibly be able make you just that piece. I know a couple that's about to get their motorhome completely wrapped, all their decals were messed up & wrapping was/is cheaper than painting & guaranteed.

Just an idea here, you might tape and mask it off and use spray paint, then clear coat over after it dries. Your coach is 4 years old now, I bet no one will ever know that you painted it.
If you do this, a hair dryer or heat gun can loosen the old decal to remove. I did this on my old coach, where only the black stripes faded badly. I used pinstripe tape to make the line, then painters tape and newspaper to shield the broader area. Wasn't happy with my first effort, so cleared it off and redid the paint job. Heard no complaints when I went to trade it in.
