I have twice attempted to contact Axxera/Dual customer support using the email link on their website. Both times the email was returned to me with the error message, "no such user here." I just took delivery of my Challenger yesterday and had never heard of Axerra before. Now I'm beginning to wonder about them. Are they reputable?

When I called Axxera on the mirroring issue, I got a update and was also told I need a active HDMI.

There was a quick guide for the radio, that had a phone number. Good luck.

I just used a standard HDMI cable. Or I think it was just a normal one. The manual on mine did not say anything about "active" and the one I bought was CHEAP. Very cheap.

Here is a link to a thread on this forum that has a link to the full manual.

Axxera AV614BH fix?

It simply refers to an HDMI cable.

If you have the Axxerra radio, while the radio is playing press and hold the mode button for about two seconds and the camera will come on. With that said, the ignition switch must be on for the camera to work on my Challenger.

If you are using an iPhone you have to have the cable/adapter that plugs into the iPhone and then accepts an HDMI cable. I would attach the manual but I am on business travel this week and all my coach stuff is on the computer at the house.
