How do the seals look?
I would take the window out, clean the seals if they look good, the use some silcone gel that is for door seals and rub in really well. Let it sit for an hour or more then rub off the excess and reinstall the windows.
But if the seal look bad or missing I guess you can try some sort of window seals you can purchase at Home Depot?
I have not looked at mine yet.... but I use the gel on the window/door seals to keep them supple and it also keeps the windows from sticking.
