Front Jacks retracting

Have a 2014 Mobile Suites 38 RSSA, with the Level-up-system.
My front jacks are retracting a little, enough that it ruined my stabilizer jack in front over a few days. I have re-leveled it several times and it still does it.
I just re-leveled it yesterday and I can tell it has already dropped some.
Does anyone know how long the warranty is for Lippert Level-Up-System or the phone number for the 24-hour help line?
