Roof

Take a look at these pics. Notice there are some wrinkles on the curbside of the roof. Are these wrinkles normal?

You picture looks similar to my roof, a few wrinkles on the edge. They won't hurt anything and are not unusual. Only way to fix the wrinkles would be to pull the edge of the coach and that would create more problems than it would solve!

Thanks for answering Dave. So, don't bother to place this on my warranty punch list, correct?

I would put it on the list for the simple reason of having it documented in case there is a problem in the future.

I had the same thing on mine. I showed General RV and they wanted to replace the roof. Thor denied it and wanted them to put plywood and weight on the wrinkles to see if it would re-adhere to the glue before agreeing to replace the roof. So far the wrinkles are better. So will see what happens. Glad to see it's not just mine. And that it's documented for future problems.

Good to know. I will put it on the punch list for general rv and see what happens. How long did general keep it with wood on it?

Not sure. They had it for a 3 weeks but did a bunch of little fixes. I feel like it was only a day or two with the wood on it.
