Was wondering if anyone adds transmission treatments to their gas engines. Thanks

Agree. Use your money for top tier gas and to change your oil regularly. I add a can of Seafoam to the gas tank when I am going to store it for a while, mostly for the generator and and moisture in the tank.

70,000 miles and nothing but Ford Motorcraft Mercon SP. Lab reports on fluid show nothing out of the ordinary and shift performance has been trouble free.

Additives to the "tranny" fluid? No, just change it as recommended and you will be fine. If you start adding stuff im afraid "it" might cause of problems.
The way you worded your question will make folks talk about fuel additives only.
I only use the Stabill 360 for "Fuel system" for wintertime storage and if the RV is sitting for longer than 4 or 6 weeks. Make sure you run the generator to fill the carb with the stuff.
I dont think I would use any fuel injector cleaners or boosters or additives in the fuel or engine or tranny. Waste of money IMO.
Plus many owners manuals will tell you NOT to use additives in your fuel system, engine and tranny.
IMO the name brand fuels have plenty of cleaners in them to keep your system in good shape.
Now if you have like 150 - 200K miles on your RV / truck / Car and your having problems with something .... the its worth a try to see if it helps.

It should be a law that the floor in auto parts stores should start vibrating and shocking you if you stand there reading the labels of all this crap for too long. Ford, and all the others have well over a hundred years of research built into their products. Same with the major oil companies. If you're having issues with something, there are name brand additives that may help or extend the life a little bit, but nothing will cure a broken heart. If it isn't performing properly, get it repaired...band-aids don't last long. If it's working fine, walk quietly past it and say a "thank you" prayer.

Gary D adding transmission fluid to a gas engine or a Treatment to a transmission that is ran by gas motor. ; (for me that is a negative) Mobile 1 - 10/40 every 7K. And as far as the transmission change once per year, regardless of miles driven due to water moisture or condensation that develops in the transmission case

Sorry... but thats a bit over kill for the tranny.
I just check and Ford recommends on "my E450" (yours may differ) to change the tranny at 150,000 miles. Sure if you tow a lot I would change it more often.... so maybe 75K miles?
But every year on the Tranny??
