I also have unexplained low voltage errors even after my batteries tested perfect under a load. While not fixing the problem, a Thor rep gave me a bandaid solution... granted it is pretty annoying....

Totally agree. Hold down on your foot flush part way and put some extra water in there. Also, make sure that your toilet paper gets completely wet before flushing.
