Are there any dealers out there that deal with their warranty issues as do most auto manufacturers? I know that our Giant RV has their lot filled with people leaving their RVs for warranty service with the same explanation. Note problems at dealer, send problems to Thor for authorization to fix (pay), wait for response, if "yes" order parts, wait for parts, wait for time to schedule repairs... i.e., months of waiting. Seems like we always say on this forum to be the industry standard. Makes me not want to buy another new RV and glad mine is two years old and don't have to deal with the dealership anymore.
