I had the same problem on my Hurricane 35M, right outside the bathroom floor. I made a slit in the linoleum, backed the screw out, dripped some Gorilla glue in, screwed it back in, then filled the opening with Gorilla glue to fill the little gap and keep the linoleum flap down. Before I sold the motorhome last month, the fix was holding.
