We have same issue with Challenger. We have done everything mentioned along with manual retract and lubricating it. The bottom line is slide is not level when out (could be from service tech at factory jacking it up and putting new bolts in to allow for underneath compartments to open). We now have to use a car jack with 2x4’s to jack the rear of the slide up so it is level and catches on the track. As usual Thor doesn’t think it’s a major issue.
