FW 24F slide

We’ve been traveling through MI, WI and MN the past few weeks and it has been cold and rainy. Our slide floor gets cold and that is understandable. However, the slot cut in the slide floor that allows the water, propane and electrical into the slide has been letting tons of cold air in. The slide seal under the slide does not seal the slot well. I’ve resorted to putting a bath towel in the slot once we park to keep the draft down.

Do other 24F owners have a similar issue? I saw on another post where a slide had a canvas bag over the slot to keep air from entering the coach.
