There is a Roadmaster product (#195225) that will carry a spare and still let you use your hitch for other purposes. It’s heavy and expensive because it’s designed to be able to carry a spare for even a big diesel pusher but it works great and will outlast several RVs. As long as you don’t exceed your tongue rating you should be fine. Biggest drawback for me was the cost but it’s a one and done expense so I did it and did t look back.
