I like the crock pot cooking idea!

We have a "full" kitchen in our Hurricane, but it's still tight with limited prep space. I like the idea of a one-pot meal that cooks itself while traveling. It could also cook during the day while we're out doing "things" or just relaxing.

I think I will search for a new small crock that I can keep in the RV. Thanks saddlesore for the idea!
