Azdel is fairly new to the RV use market (compared to luan) and there is no good history on its longevity. Plus the Coachmen Mirada seemed a very cheaply made motorhome. Nexus uses Azdel. The key with any RV, keep it covered all the time out of the sun.

I realize what you are saying. However, enjoying a recreational vehicle out of doors (the reason most people buy one) doesn't fit well with keeping it covered all the time out of the sun.
