My opinion is that nearly all RV Salesman regardless of brand are just that "salesmen". It has seemed to me that most spend very little time getting to know the technical aspects of their products unless it is published in a sales brochure. If I saw that, I would ask to have someone (preferably the foreman) in the service department explain it to me. My gut feeling is something is out of place and needs to be fixed.
