I usually keep ours covered most of the spring and summer and all winter. Usually uncovered maybe a total of 6-8 weeks/year. I've always used Adco covers and never had a problem with mildew or scratches. I was a little concerned with scratches on the full body paint, but after being covered all winter, spring and part of the summer it looks perfect. It does take about 45 min or so to cover and about a half hour to uncover and store the cover. I also keep the tires covered.
