I understand your point but I gave thor a chance to make it right and they rudely told me over the phone it wasn't their problem. I haven't complained about my dealer because I feel like they have treated me fairly. They didn't build the motor home. I'll see what they say about helping me with the cap issue but I don't feel like it is their fault.
