It could be a problem if you are overloaded. I'd start by getting all four corners weighed to make sure you are below suspension and tire ratings.

For what it's worth, jacking a vehicle back to level by using air springs or different springs doesn't change the load very much. It may bring vehicle back to level, but it won't redistribute weight very much.
