We're happy with our Axis. It's had a few issues, but all minor and easily corrected. As Jamie said, more folks complain than write positive reviews. It's called a "negative response bias".
Also, Thor sells more units than anyone else so it stands to reason that they'd have more complaints than everyone else, even if their overall quality is identical.
Don't get me wrong, I certainly think Thor could improve. But if they have the coach you want do your research, pre-plan the pre-delivery inspection, do a thorough test-drive, and DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT until you are completely satisfied with the unit.
