V-10 Mileage and A/C
Just wondering if anyone has been counseled regarding running the generator and coach A/C while driving to increase the MPG a bit. A new service center that I have the coach at for some painting issues just talked about it. He said that the dash A/C works 100% of the time when it is warm instead of cycling off and on like in a car. Running the coach A/C cools it down enough that the chassis A/C doesn't have to work as hard. Guess I never really thought about this aspect.
The other minor issue is that you don't have to worry about the open flame issue of the refrigerator when refueling.
