Why go there; and wave a steak in front of that Wolf named, "Trouble:?

I would worry more about getting out or in due to mud. Have seen a numer of places where tractors had to pull people out of the muck.

Levelers

Well I guess I should致e said I知 a first time camper. I have a 54-year-old woman. I traveled about 10 years ago. But I have forgotten a lot. So I thought about it I should probably just not even use them and use tires chucks. I just have to be prepared because two years ago it rained straight for two days. Thank you for all your replies

Sunseeker shakedown cruise to New River Junction campground in Blacksburg VA.

The RV park had to put on on a grassy overflow site the first night we arrived because another RV .owner did not leave on the date they were supposed to. It had been raining for 5 days and the New River was at flood stage. We pulled into the site and a downpour began again. The following morning we were sunk into the ground up to the wheel simulators. It took two 50 foot tow straps and 2 F250 4x4 pickups to pull us out of the mud. The 50 foot tow straps were so. the pickups could start pulling from dry ground (gravel parking lot entrance).

The remainder of our stay was free along with a voucher for another free week. To this day we never went back to that campground and have no. plans of doing so in the future.

As a note, there were some seasonal RVs there that were totally surrounded by water that was 2 inches deep. So much for river view sites.
