New Mirimar 35.2 shower leaking

On our maiden voyage, took first shower, water puddling at shower pan base. Checked under shower pan through access port, dry.
Also water dribbling down into under storage water bay where city water connects. Where to start troubleshooting.

Also, tankless water heater runs sporadically when showering. Kicks on and off varying water temps from 72 to 110. Not a very soothing shower. Same result at bathroom sink, hot tap may run 1-2 minutes before kicking on, is this normal ?

Yes, welcome to tankless heaters! LOL.
What year is your rig??? I have the same rig, 2022. you have to turn the shower handle on just to the point where you can see the display showing the heater firing. They are based on flow so if the flow is to low when the hot is on then it won’t turn on. There’s a sweet spot in the shower you have to find and it works great.

As far as the leak it sounds like it might be a connection issue, I assume it’s only leaking when taking a shower and not a constant leak?

Turn shower handle to full hot do not mix any cold set a comfortable temperature on the control panel, probably starting about 101 and bump up until you find what's comfortable, than do the same for everyone else. Then before you take a shower set that temperature on the control panel. If campground water pressure is to low and water heater kicks off Turn the water pump on along with the campground water, keep your water tank full.

Sdmirimar, it's a 2023. Will tinker with the flow to try to get tankless to fire, same results on bathroom and kitchen sink. May run 15 seconds or 5 minutes before it fires. As far as I can tell, only leaking with shower, but water appears to be coming out of sanitizer fill hole.

Mind posting a picture of what or where you’re seeing? Might be better to see it. Does your rig have the shower miser installed ?? I know the new Miramar does

Can't figure out how to post a picture, but nothing to show, water pooling between shower pan and sink, and water dripping in water bay . Yes, it has the showermiser, position 1- water running, position 2- no water, position 3- you can hear water running, must be getting recycled and sent to water tank

Got ya! Check the shower door seal or where the wall panels and shower pan meet up. I had to adjust the shower door because it was off a little, I had to reseal the corner near the sink inside the shower on the bottom corner.

The tankless hot water system works best with a water pressure of 55psi and a constant flow. As mentioned earlier, set the temp to the hottest setting you like and just use the hot water only. If you try to turn on the cold to cool it down, the flow interrupts the flow to the water heater and shuts down the flames thus sending cold water to the shower. Once you figure out the temp that suits you, just use hot only and you will have a hot shower.
