Cellular phone signal booster

Just finished installing the cell phone signal booster and am impressed. Took the signal from 2 bars LTE to 4 bars 5G with Verizon service. Expensive at over $500.00 but worth it when we camp in the valley of southern Ohio.

Nice job!

I was going to install one as well but decided not to and glad I didn't. It wasn't so much the cost but there are still too many areas we go where cell coverage or quality is non existent or just too poor. Plus most reviews say you need to be very close to the base unit.

I have my wife and I on different cell phone plans to try and hedge having some type of coverage on the road but there have been times there was no AT&T or Xfinity (Verizon) service in an area.

When Starink for RV was released in late May, I jumped on it. The hardware is $600 and the service is $135.... but you can pause the service at any time when you are not using it. I will only need it for 3 - 5 months a year so I think that is a bargain to have Internet and phone service 98% of the time.

I have been out twice since installing it in the coach and we have been at two places with no cell coverage but Starlink gave us both Internet access and the ability to do WiFi calling. The Starlink Router works great and we can be inside or outside the coach and have a fast and solid connection.

I told my cousin about it and he ordered it as well. He is currently out in the Snowy Range in Wyoming and there is no cell coverage but he has Internet and phone service with Starlink. He sent me a picture where he is camping in the middle of nowhere and he is thrilled to have something that works there.

I have three different models of cell boosters.
WeBoost is by far far the least attractive.

Post 717 in my signature thread has details enough to maybe help with a model decision.

That's a very nice install.
What made you decide on the weboost?
That's a much bigger exterior antenna than I've seen on a WeBoost.
Maybe WeBoost has a new model?
Your posts are too stark to help anyone decide.

@Nursx2, Looking at the 3rd picture, it looks like you ran the weboost cable on same spot where the winegard cable is routed... did you ran the cable going into the overhead cabinet of jack knife sofa? if so, may i ask if you can share how you did it? TIA.
