House battery solenoid

I have a 2007 thor hurricane 34J. I have complied with the recall on the chassis battery by moving the input battery cable in the chassis control box to the output post bypassing the chassis solenoid. The house solenoid is constantly clicking when the battery is charged. Can I reconnect the house cables the same way by disconnecting the cable from the input and connecting to the output side. Would this cause any systems not to work?

First, how do you know it is the "house" or coach solenoid that is clicking?
They are latching relays so any operation requires a reverse polarity to operate the mechanism again.
I would suspect the "Interconnect" relay is operating.

It could possibly be the crossover solenoid when the board senses a full charge for the house battery it is closing. When there is nowhere for the power to go it disengages. I not up to taking the box apart to explore this further.

Tell us what you have for "chassis control box", you talking about a BCC?
If so, provide the model number off the cover please.

If it is the FW-2050 BCC like mine, no you cannot just bypass it, the 'interconnect' relay would still operate. You should determine which one is operating, by voltage checks, and then decide what needs/could be done.
Is the coach disconnect closed while the relay is clicking? It sounds like you may not have a battery connected (or possibly a failed one) and the voltage sense is fluctuating... possible.
